I authorize the AERS technician(s) to perform repair work on my electronic device. I understand that AERS technicians have been trained to perform work on electronic devices, but AERS is not an authorized service dealer. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold AERS harmless from liability for any claims or damages of any kind that may arise from repair work performed on my device, unless caused by severe negligence of AERS or its agents.
I understand that AERS is not responsible for any data loss which may occur as a result of work performed on my device. I understand that I have the option to, and am solely responsible for, backing up the device before allowing any repair to be performed.
I understand that AERS will not intentionally browse any personal, private, or confidential information. However, technicians may inadvertently see data during the course of their work. Any confidential data should be removed from the device prior to service. The device password or pattern code must be provided or deactivated to allow proper troubleshooting, testing, and confirmation of repair.
I understand that repairs or technical support performed by AERS may void manufacturer warranties, especially in the case of iOS device repairs. AERS and its affiliates do not assume liability in the event that manufacturer warranties are voided, but may, at its sole discretion, offer its own warranty on parts and/or services performed.
AERS Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on LCD/Digitizers and all other repairs. Warranty does not cover cracked glass or water damage to the device after service. All warranty fields below must be completed in full to be eligible for warranty coverage.
Abandoned Devices: AERS will not be responsible for any device left at our facility for more than 30 days without contact or consent. After 30 days, the device will be automatically forfeited.
Promotions & Discounts: Time-based promotional pricing is valid only through the stated expiration date and time. Expired promotions will not be honored. Referral discounts, managerial discounts, and damaged/older device submission discounts are applied at time of service and honored on receipt. Discounts cannot be combined with promotional pricing unless explicitly stated in writing.
Your waiver is saved securely. You will receive a ticket number for warranty claims and repair tracking.
